ANA-Michigan Announces Leadership Continuity and New Executive Director to Strengthen Partnerships and Operations
Lansing, MI — The American Nurses Association–Michigan (ANA-Michigan) announces a leadership transition designed to strengthen operational excellence and partner engagement while maintaining strong nurse-led governance.
Barbara R. Medvec will continue her role as President of ANA-Michigan, providing strategic leadership and continuity for the association. In addition, ANA-Michigan’s Board of Directors has appointed Tiffany Bukoffsky, MHA, BSN, RN, as incoming Executive Director through a new management partnership with IMAGE Consulting, Inc., an association management company specializing in healthcare and professional organizations.
Tiffany Bukoffsky is the Founder and Owner of IMAGE Consulting, Inc. and brings extensive experience in association management, vendor relations, conference planning, sponsorship development, advocacy operations, and financial stewardship. She has successfully led multiple associations, overseeing contracts, events, sponsorship programs, communications platforms, and cross-functional teams.
“This leadership structure positions ANA-Michigan for stability, efficiency, and growth,” said Barbara R. Medvec, President. “Our partners and vendors can expect clear communication, streamlined processes, and a continued commitment to mutually beneficial collaboration.”
Under this new structure:
- Existing vendor and partner relationships will continue uninterrupted
- Contracts, sponsorships, and event partnerships will be reviewed thoughtfully and collaboratively
- Opportunities for expanded engagement, sponsorship growth, and conference innovation will be explored
IMAGE Consulting’s association management model is designed to enhance responsiveness, accountability, and strategic alignment—allowing ANA-Michigan to expand capacity without expanding overhead.
