ANA-Michigan Announces Leadership Transition and Strategic Management Partnership
Lansing, MI — The American Nurses Association–Michigan (ANA-Michigan) is pleased to announce an important leadership transition and a new chapter of organizational growth under the continued leadership of Barbara R. Medvec, President, and the appointment of Tiffany Bukoffsky, MHA, BSN, RN, as incoming Executive Director.
Following a comprehensive review process, ANA-Michigan’s Board of Directors has selected IMAGE Consulting, Inc., an association management company specializing in healthcare and professional membership organizations, to support the ANA-Michigan’s operational and strategic needs. As part of this partnership, Tiffany Bukoffsky, Founder and Owner of IMAGE Consulting, Inc., will assume the role of Executive Director for ANA-Michigan.
Tiffany Bukoffsky brings more than a decade of experience in association management, health policy, advocacy, and nursing leadership. A registered nurse and nationally recognized speaker, Tiffany has served as chief executive director for multiple associations and has led organizations through strategic planning, governance support, advocacy initiatives, and member engagement modernization. Her background uniquely positions ANA-Michigan to strengthen operations while expanding member value and influence.

Medvec, President of ANA-Michigan. “We are confident that Tiffany’s leadership, combined with IMAGE Consulting’s association management expertise, will enhance our ability to serve Michigan nurses and advance our strategic priorities.”
Under this structure, ANA-Michigan will benefit from expanded executive leadership capacity, modernized systems, enhanced communications, and strengthened member engagement, while remaining firmly guided by nurse leadership and volunteer governance.
